I've read the FURIOSA script, which is a really wild mix of artwork and prose, and none of the things you speculate about were in the script. Miller always intended for there to be a five year jump forward, and there was no material about her becoming an Imperator at the end of the film.

I'm a little sad to hear that my speculation is incorrect but it's good to know in any case. Will make a small update.

If I may ask, was what you read the final shooting script? Or perhaps an earlier draft? And can you recall any differences between it and the released film?

It was a draft from the start of shooting. It is pretty much the movie. Hemsworth seems to have had some fun with the language of it, but it's otherwise very close to what you saw.
